The vision of our company is to change the way of designing, implementing and selling modular houses. We give our Customers a guarantee of a fixed price, quality and delivery date of the manufactured house.
We offer you a house in a wooden frame structure. The presented houses are composed of modules that will be delivered to your plot in the finished state. The presented prices include a building with a finished façade, PVC joinery and a gypsum fibreboard finish inside. Prefabricated houses with a wooden structure are high-quality products - durable, comfortable and made to order. Our modular houses are based on a frame construction made of wooden Steico I-beams. The thermal insulation 20cm thick makes the building energy-efficient and meets all current requirements. Each of our projects consists of a few modules and can also be delivered to your plot finished. Making foundations - support points indicated in the project is on the part of the customer.
