Our houses are pre-fabricated in-house and delivered in the agreed condition to the customer's plot. The process takes up to two months and the installation itself is done in one day.

The prices quoted on our website are for a house pre-fabricated in-house. Delivery and installation is quoted separately, depending on the location where the house is to be erected.

Our houses are based on Steico's I-beam frame construction. The space between the beams is filled with thermal insulation.

ADVANTAGES OF WOODEN HOUSES

Due to the fact that wood has the ability to self-regulate moisture, it is open to diffusion, creating a specific microclimate inside the building that cannot be achieved using other construction technologies. Anyone who has been in a wooden house at least once in their life could feel that unique, more pleasant atmosphere inside.

The advantage of building a wooden house over a masonry structure is the much shorter construction time, as it can be built in as little as 2 months. It is so because wooden houses, unlike brick houses, need no process gaps. Reducing the construction time not only has the advantage of moving in sooner, but it also means that our engagement in the construction is much shorter.

A wooden house features very good thermal insulation, so that in summer hot air will not penetrate into its interior, and in winter it accumulates heat indoors. This means saving money on heating a wooden house, because only the air inside it is heated, unlike a brick house, where also its walls need to be heated.

Apart from the earthworks for laying the foundation, wooden houses can be built all year round, including winter. Admittedly, the technologies available today also make it possible to do a lot of masonry house construction work in winter, but this usually involves the use of chemicals, which increases costs and often produces inferior results.

Rebuilding or expanding a wooden house is much less difficult than for brick buildings. Internal installations can also be replaced and expanded more easily, without destroying walls.

Contrary to certain feedback, a properly built wooden house is very durable and highly resistant to storms and strong winds. The wood used in its construction is properly selected, making it resistant, flexible and slow to age. Modern wooden houses are also fireproof, despite appearances!

  • Find the right land plot.
  • Remember to check, before buying, if the plot is suitable for erecting the house of your dreams.
  • Check the provisions of the Local Zoning Plan or, in absence of such plan, apply for a decision on development conditions.
  • In the abundance of offers, it is difficult to decide on any particular company. Remember to check the reliability of the manufacturer. Also pay attention to what is included in the price of the offered house. Sometimes a low price means poor quality material or a lack of basic elements, such as installation, insulation or elevation.
  • If you made it to our website, you are in the right place!
  • The design you choose should fully meet your needs. We are happy to advise at the selection stage. We are also open to make modifications to our designs.
  • You can use a standard design from our offer, the matter is simple and the documentation is ready in a matter of few days.
  • You can bring your design, such as one purchased online. We will customise it to make it suitable for the technology we use.
  • You can design the house according to your own idea. Our designers will be happy to assist in this endeavour.
  • The compiled documentation should be submitted to relevant authorities. If works are to be done based on a notification, we must wait 21 days. A building permit should be issued within 65 days of submitting a complete application.
  • Ensuring utilities on the plot and building appropriate foundations (footing or slabs) is in your scope.
  • We will pre-fabricate appropriate modules of the house at out production facility and deliver them on-site on the agreed date. Assembly will take from one to several days depending on the design selected.
